Fitness Programs
Performed under the guidance of experienced and certified instructors, the following list of exercise classes were created with the aging member in mind. You will be sure to find a program at the Fraim Center, no matter what your current fitness ability, to challenge you and aid in improving your overall health.
Arthritis Foundation "AFEP" Class-
Arthritis Foundation exercise program involving range of motion and easy-does-it moves that are performed from a seated position.
Cardio Challenge-
Mixture of cardio, core training and body weight resisitance. Helps to improve your balance, strength and coordination.
Strengthening Class-
Work with free weights, resistance bands and tubing. Resistance training helps fight off Osteoporosis!
Intervals Class-
Fun and challenging combination of cardio and resistance training. Great workout for all fitness levels!
Line Dance-
Exciting exercise program. A variety of dances and music for all to appreciate. Get a great workout without even
realizing it. FUN! FUN! FUN!
Yoga
Yoga is a most known for stretching but it's more than stretching it's all about bringing the body into a state of balance between flexibility, strength and alignment.
Tai' Chi
A slow and low impact form of exercise. It improves blood circulation, builds muscle, and helps support your joints.
